The video was made for the exhibition «Black Envy», Borey gallery, St. Petersburg, in parallel program of Manifesta 10.
In 2014 the European travelling biennale Manifesta 10 took place in Saint-Petersburg. One of the artists of the main program was Francis Alys. He made a project in which he traveled from Brussels (Belgium) to St. Petersburg (Russia) in a russian car (green VAZ 2101) and crashed it into a tree in the yard of the Hermitage. Alys showed the documentation of this journey on the exhibition.
I also made a videodocumetation of a performance where I hurry after the car (green VAZ 2101) but cannot catch up with it.
